JML Party Rental - Rental Agreement

By submitting a quote request, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in this rental agreement. Please read carefully:

1. Rental Terms

• Rental Duration: Rental periods are calculated from the time of delivery/pick-up until the scheduled return time, as agreed upon in the quote. Extensions to the rental period must be approved by JML Party Rental LLC and may incur additional charges.
• Rental Fees: The rental fee is based on the specific items selected and is subject to applicable delivery charges, taxes, and waiver fees as indicated during checkout.

2. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery & Pickup: Delivery and pickup services are provided at an additional cost. JML Party Rental LLC will coordinate with you to arrange delivery and pickup times that best suit your event schedule.
• Access: The customer must ensure proper access to the event location for timely delivery and pickup. Any delays or difficulties in accessing the site may result in additional fees.

3. Damage and Loss

• Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. If items are damaged or lost, the customer will be liable for the replacement or repair costs at the discretion of JML Party Rental LLC.
• Inspection: Customers should inspect all items upon delivery. Any discrepancies or damages should be reported immediately to JML Party Rental LLC.

4. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Changes to the Order: Any changes to the rental order must be requested at least 48 hours before delivery. Changes may incur additional charges depending on availability and the nature of the request.

5. Permits and Compliance

• Regulations and Permits: It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities for the use of rental items, including tents, stages, and other large structures. JML Party Rental LLC can assist with this process but is not responsible for failure to comply with local laws or regulations.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Indemnity: By submitting the quote request, you agree to indemnify and hold JML Party Rental LLC harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising out of the use of rental items during the event.
• Insurance: Customers are encouraged to obtain insurance for rented items, especially for large or high-value equipment.

7. Quote Approval

• Quote Submission: After submitting this rental agreement, a team member from JML Party Rental LLC will contact you to review your quote, confirm all details, and discuss payment. Payment will not be processed online and must be confirmed via phone with our team.

8. Agreement Confirmation

By submitting the quote request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. You further agree that JML Party Rental LLC has the right to make adjustments to your quote based on availability, changes to the event scope, or unforeseen issues.
