When should I book my order?
We advise booking as early as possible. For weddings and large events, we suggest reserving your items 4-6 months in advance. Smaller jobs typically require at least one month’s notice. We strive to accommodate all requests based on availability.
Do you charge for delivery, and what does the fee cover?
.A delivery fee is applicable to all orders. The fee varies depending on the location and may be influenced by the number of trips necessary to fulfill the delivery. The delivery fee displayed on your order covers both drop-off and pick-up services.
Is there an additional charge for the setup of the tent?
Setup for all our tents is included in the pricing. Please note that the delivery fee is separate and must be paid accordingly.
What size tent do I need for my event?
Please consult the chart below to determine the tent size that best suits your needs. If you have any uncertainties regarding the appropriate tent size for your event, we recommend arranging a meeting with our specialist.

Do I need a permit for the tent?
According to Massachusetts State Law, any tent larger than 20’ x 40’ requires a permit. Permit fees vary by town. You have the option to apply for the permit yourself or allow us to handle the process for you, with potential additional fees. Please contact your town’s building department for information on permit fees and application forms. Certain exceptions may apply.
Cancellations Fee?
If an order is canceled more than 30 days prior to the event date, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total contracted amount will be applied. If an order is canceled less than 30 days before the event date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the contracted amount will apply.
